• 5+ years of experience in a client-facing role such as Customer Success Manager, Technical Account Manager or Sales Engineer
  • Help in driving adoption and retention of ShelfPerks
  • Creating video tutorials as needed
  • Work with our customers to understand their unique goals and business processes as well as provide expert knowledge; nurture relationships with influential stakeholders 
  • Involved in all phases of the customer journey, including deployment, operation, SW/HW update, support
  • Be a cross-functional rockstar: Partner closely with Sales counterparts, Marketing team, Support teams 
  • Analyze customer engagement using internal data systems to identify, communicate, and act upon risks, opportunities
  • Travel and meet customers on-site up to 50-75% of the time
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Retail experience any level a plus
  • Spanish proficiency a plus
