- 5+ years of experience in a client-facing role such as Customer Success Manager, Technical Account Manager or Sales Engineer
- Help in driving adoption and retention of ShelfPerks
- Creating video tutorials as needed
- Work with our customers to understand their unique goals and business processes as well as provide expert knowledge; nurture relationships with influential stakeholders
- Involved in all phases of the customer journey, including deployment, operation, SW/HW update, support
- Be a cross-functional rockstar: Partner closely with Sales counterparts, Marketing team, Support teams
- Analyze customer engagement using internal data systems to identify, communicate, and act upon risks, opportunities
- Travel and meet customers on-site up to 50-75% of the time
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Retail experience any level a plus
- Spanish proficiency a plus
