• Lead, develop and deploy HR strategies, initiatives and processes for ShelfPerks Private Limited rapidly growing teams
• Talent acquisition, performance management, compensation, talent management, succession planning, employee relations, engagement/retention strategies 
• Work with leadership team to define a people strategy
• Constantly assess internal and external talent based on business objectives
• Very good knowledge of setting up and running HR tools
• MBA is a plus
