Produce high quality sketches, wireframes, and mock-ups at various degrees of fidelity, as necessary throughout a lean design process
Define creative, usable, high-quality interactions and experiences
Own and help to define the user testing and user research process
Help to define the design process for non-product design
Build systems and processes that scale across the design discipline
Help develop process improvements for Design Operations as a whole
Be responsible for advocating for the importance of UCD, UX + UX research, lean and agile methodologies throughout the design team and whenever interacting with those outside the design team
Work on and manage the brand and marketing website
Work with product managers and teams to improve the end-to-end product delivery process, including interactions with engineering, QA, product, and wider business
Engage with the management and running of the business generally

5+ years of experience shipping high-quality user experience solutions
Deep knowledge and experience of UX and UI design
Entrepreneurial, self-starter attitude with no problem adapting or flexing on a daily basis
Experience partnering with Engineers and Product Managers to ship work on time and scale in line with tech implementations/limits
Expertise developing and conveying ideas, data, and business concepts clearly in written and visual format
Keep up with the current and upcoming design, aesthetic trends
Meticulous attention to detail across applied to everything from strategic, creative direction to usability and pixel-level aesthetics
Experience working across web, iOS, and Android implementations
Expertise in Figma, Sketch, Adobe Suite, Invision
Knowledge of HTML, CSS and JavaScript is a plus
Passion for design across digital products, service design, and brand development
A passion for learning about users and designing solutions which solve their needs
Experience working in product design at an ecommerce, retail software company is a plus
